Karen Rouchleau believes that the practice of yoga can help heal the body, mind and soul. She knew the first time she practiced yoga that it would change her life. A feeling of being centered and grounded washed over her, and with those feelings came a sense of freedom. Teaching others about yoga felt like the next natural step. When teaching her goal is helping the students find that sense of feeling grounded, and bringing their awareness into the moment through the sensations they are feeling in their body.

Karen completed a 200 hour Teacher Training with Leslie Ellis here at HeartSong and is registered with the Yoga Alliance.  She continues her studies with Lani and Leslie at HeartSong and through workshops with visiting teachers.
